How was everyone’s weekend? We went away with some friends to cold and snowy Vermont. It was so much fun! Three kids and six adults, so nothing short of chaos, but we really had a good time.
It was freezing rain and snow on our way up on Friday, then Saturday we lost power for most of the day because a tree branch fell from the weight of the ice. We weren’t skiing with the kids, and it was way too cold to take them outside to play, so we made our way to a brewery that had power and hung out there.
Games, live music, dogs and beer. Only a few runaway kids and meltdowns. Mostly because of the dogs.
Anyways, this post is going to be short and sweet. We got home yesterday pretty early but I am still exhausted. Weekends like that take so much out of me.
I was thinking about what to post, and I definitely want to get y’all some new beauty videos done soon! I’m thinking a tutorial on curling hair, maybe a few more makeup looks, and I want to do a try on haul on my instagram too! But for right now, since I want to make sure I post every Monday no matter what, and I did NOT plan ahead when we went away… Today I want to tell you about a really cool app.
So my company, Senegence, has an app that lets you actually try on all their colors. It’s surprisingly accurate, too. The app is called the SeneLook App and it is available on mobile device/tablet. This app completely takes the guesswork out of picking lip color!
What I think is the coolest part, is that you can upload a photo or do real-time video! I was playing around with it and recorded an awesome video of myself trying on products that I can’t get to upload. You should 100% head into my VIP facebook group to check it out… BUT in the meantime, here is a fun look with blue liner and mascara 🙂
You guys I wish I could get this video to show up. I am so unprepared for you today and for that I am so SO sorry. I will do better, I promise. But seriously, go get the app, and go check out my FB group. There are so many fun products. Tonight, I think I’m going live with a new face mask. I’ve never done a peel-off one, so it should be interesting to watch.
